BBA Mission

The Black Beauty Association (BBA) promotes the businesses of Beauty Professionals which includes but aren't limited to established cosmetologists, estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists, barbers, make-up artists, product manufactures, distributors and beauty show producers. It is dedicated to meeting the professional needs of black beauty professionals, licensed beauty professionals, and beauty industry students.

BBA Vision

Our Vision is to create a Professional Association for success driven Beauty Professionals and students alike.  The BBA offers beauty industry consulting, business strategies and resources, as well as free beauty industry classes. 

BBA Founder and President

BBA Founder and President, Weldon Germaine Bond is a Beauty Professional with over 15 years in the Industry. During his career Weldon has Published several International Styling Guides, founded the Black Beauty Expo: An Industry Tradeshow and Produced a Beauty TV Show. With a creative background in Photography and Graphic Design, Weldon is determined to utilize his talents in advancing Black Beauty Professionals by contributing to the Beauty Profession at large.
